Event Information
Registration & Fundraising
Do I have to register to walk?
Yes! Every participant must register and sign a standard waiver. There is no registration fee, but we encourage everyone to make a personal donation and help raise funds for the fight against Alzheimer’s.
Do I need to register my children?
Yes. Parents/guardians can register children online or complete an offline registration form and sign the waiver on their behalf.
How do I earn a Walk T-shirt?
Registered participants who raise $100 or more will receive an official Walk to End Alzheimer’s T-shirt via mail. To receive your shirt before Walk Day, raise $100 at least four weeks prior to the event.
How do I submit donations?
Offline donations (checks or money orders) can be mailed or hand-delivered to the local Alzheimer’s Association office. Be sure to include your offline donation form (found in your Participant Center) so the donation is credited to your fundraising goal. Donations usually take 1-2 weeks to appear on your fundraising page. For faster processing, you can deposit checks directly via the Walk to End Alzheimer’s mobile app.
