Signage That Speaks. Data That Doesn't.

We make every inch of YOUR event talk. Your personal information? That stays quiet. Here's what we collect, why, and how to turn it off.

The Short Version

Three Things to Know.

01
We collect what runs YOUR event.
Entries, sign-ups, planning details, and the crew data that keeps event day safe.
02
We never sell it.
Not to sponsors, not to list brokers, not to anybody.
03
You hold the volume knob.
Unsubscribe anytime, or email care@sicoustics.com to see or delete what we have.

What We Pick Up

Depends on where you meet us. Here's every place, in plain words.

At the event
Raffles, song requests, fan sign-ups, Amplify messages
  • Your name, an email or social handle, and what you entered (a song, a message, a raffle entry).
  • A phone number only if you tick “OK to email/text me”.
  • If you tap the one-tap Google or Microsoft button, we receive your name and email from that sign-in. Nothing else from your account.
  • Lost-person, sound and clean-up reports go straight to the on-site team so they can act.
When you plan with us
SiMAP requests, demos, referrals, event packets, Work With Us
  • Contact details, your organization and role, and your event's dates, size, address and map.
  • Files you upload (maps, PDFs, routes) are stored in our Google Drive event folder.
  • If you refer a friend, the details you give us about them, used only to reach out once on your behalf.
On our website
sicoustics.com and event landing pages
  • Google Analytics measures visits and which pages help.
  • Our own event log records what was tapped (like “raffle entered” or “QR scanned”), with a random session ID. It doesn't store your IP address, and any email in it is scrambled (hashed) first.
  • Your device may remember your name for the next entry, so you don't have to type it twice.
Crew on event day
The SiCoustics Field App (our contractors, not attendees)
  • We match your mobile number to our contractor list to unlock the app. The number itself isn't saved by the app.
  • Location is shared only if you opt in, only during event hours, so the team can be dispatched and reunited safely. Attendees are never location-tracked.
  • Photos and videos you upload, with where and when they were taken, for event proof.
Staff and shop
The SiCoustics Hub and the Shop bench log
  • Sign in with Google shares your name, email and profile basics, used only to sign you in and show who did what.
  • Bench repairs, counts and timers are saved with your name and the time.
  • Staff can choose to connect their own Gmail to read and draft customer emails inside the Hub. It never sends on its own. Connection keys stay on our servers, and messages aren't copied unless a staff member files one to a customer record.

We never collect payment-card numbers. Raffles and song requests are free, and we don't run payments on this site.

Why We Use It

  • Run YOUR event: coverage plans, audio programs, sponsor messages, safety broadcasts.
  • Answer you, pick raffle winners, play your song, and follow up on what you asked for.
  • Send updates you opted into. Every one has an unsubscribe.
  • Keep crew safe and events on schedule.
  • Show organizers and sponsors what worked, in totals and trends, not your contact card.
  • Pay and support the people who work our events.

We don't sell your personal information. Period.

The Crew Behind the Crew

Like any good event, we bring in pros. Trusted service providers handle data for us, only to do their job for SiCoustics™:

Website & app hosting·runs sicoustics.com and the Hub
Database·stores entries, requests and shop records
Email & file storage·our company email, documents and event folders
Website analytics·counts visits and what helps
Customer records·keeps track of clients, leads and contractors
Email delivery·sends confirmations and updates
Scheduling·books meetings
Vehicle & equipment tracking·keeps event gear accounted for
Sign-in providers·Google or Microsoft, if you choose one-tap sign-in
Short links & QR codes·the links on our signage

We'll also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety at an event.

Signing In With Google

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and basic profile, and use them only to sign you in and show who did what. If a staff member connects their Gmail, the Hub reads and drafts emails for that person's own customer work. It never sells, advertises with, or trains AI models on that data.

SiCoustics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies (Not the Snack Kind)

  • Sign-in cookies keep staff signed in to the Hub (up to 7 days) and crew signed in to the Field App (up to 90 days).
  • Google Analytics cookies count visits. You can block them in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on.
  • Your device's storage remembers small things, like your name for the next raffle and your light/dark theme. Clear your browser data to wipe them.

Your Volume Knob

  • Turn it down: every marketing email or text has an unsubscribe.
  • Check the levels: ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Fix the mix: ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
  • Hit mute: ask us to delete it. We'll keep only what the law or an open payment requires.
  • Crew: location sharing is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off anytime in the Field App.

Email care@sicoustics.com from the address you used with us, and we'll get back to you within 30 days.

Locked Down

Everything travels over encrypted connections. Our database is reachable only from our own servers, staff see only what their role needs, and no one stores card numbers. No system is perfect; if something ever goes wrong, we'll tell the people affected.

Little Listeners

Our events are for everyone, but our forms are for grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.

When This Changes

When we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Big changes get a heads-up before they take effect.

Questions? We're Listening.
